The Royal New Zealand Ballet mixed programme Salute has been stunning audiences with its soul-stirring performances of four dance works marking the centenary of World War One.
The RNZB’s Salute season is currently touring New Zealand, featuring two Anzac-themed New Zealand works making their world premiere: Andrew Simmons’ Dear Horizon and Neil Ieremia’s Passchendaele. These haunting and powerful works are fast becoming audience favourites, and we think they deserve an international audience.
