Fabio Lo Giudice
Fabio Lo Giudice was born in Catania, Sicily, in 1991. He started dancing at the age of ten joining La Scala Ballet School in Milan that same year.
He joined The Royal Ballet School in London one year later. While there, Fabio gained a wide range of performing experience. He appeared in performances by the School at the Royal Opera House including Les Jeunes Hommes by Stanton Welch, Frederick Ashton’s The Dream and the School’s Grand Défile.
Fabio’s competition repertoire for the Lynn Seymour Award and the Young British Dancer of the Year Award included Basilio’s variation from Don Quixote, Albrecht’s variation from Giselle, James’s variation from La Sylphide and Siegfried’s variation from Swan Lake. Fabio also performed on secondment with The Royal Ballet including The Sleeping Beauty, Manon and Cinderella.
Fabio joined the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago in 2010. His repertoire with the Joffrey Ballet included Julie Adam’s Night, The Nutcracker, The Merry Widow, Yuri Possokhov’s Don Quixote, Nijinsky’s Le Sacre du Printemps, Balanchine’s Stars and Stripes and James Kudelka’s Pretty Ballet among others.
Fabio joined the Royal New Zealand Ballet in June 2014.
