Performance cancellation: The Firebird with My Brilliant Career (01/05/2025)
We regret to advise that the May 1st 7.30pm performance of The Firebird with My Brilliant Career has been cancelled, to ensure the safety of our staff, artists and audience.
Due to the severe weather, the Royal New Zealand Ballet regrets that the May 1st 7.30pm performance of The Firebird with My Brilliant Career at the St James Theatre has been cancelled.
The RNZB takes the safety of our audiences, staff and artists seriously, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
If you booked through Ticketmaster: You will receive a full refund automatically and are welcome to rebook for another Wellington performance online.
If you booked through the RNZB directly: Our team will be in touch with you regarding your options.
We fully expect our Friday and Saturday performances to proceed as scheduled, and look forward to welcoming audiences back at that time.
